CUADRO22 MINIFESTIVAL | Regional resonances and cultural vitality
The MINIFESTIVAL is CUADRO22's most important contribution to regional cultural promotion. For the second time, we are transforming our project space into a lively stage for twelve selected acts from Graubünden -- from 30 min. live concerts to performances and DJ sets. At a time when many venues are taking a break at the end of the year, CUADRO22 is deliberately focusing on artistic visibility. The festival offers a professional platform for new voices (Red Echo) and established acts (Astrid Alexandre, Cha Da Fö, etc.) to choral music.  It strengthens regional networking, creates opportunities for performance and makes the cultural diversity of the region visible. The MINIFESTIVAL reaches different generations and scenes: from alternative rock and pop to hip hop and electronic. It documents the cultural vitality of Graubünden and positions CUADRO22 as an important hub of the local scene. The festival contributes to the cultural identity of the region and shows that relevant artistic works that deserve international appeal are also created away from the centres.
