Monschein Schneeschuhtour im Sarganserland

From Flums train station we drive a short distance by car to Flums Saxli. The first few metres of altitude can be comfortably overcome by cable car. From Wildenberg (1490m) we hike via Hintersäss to Pfufisegg (1951m) with great views. In the evening atmosphere, the panoramic view of the Sarganserland and the Alvierkette is impressive. Finally we descend and while the moon displaces the darkness of the night we reach the Berghotel Schönhalden. Here we enjoy Flury's cheese fondue in a happy atmosphere. Well fortified and well elated, the cable car takes us down to Flums Saxli in the bright moonlight.

REQUIREMENTS: Sufficient physical condition, enjoyment of nature and social gatherings. This tour is also suitable for beginners, at the beginning there will be a short introduction to the handling of the avalanche transceiver.

MEETING POINT: Flums train station, from here we take the car to the valley station of the Schönhalde / Flums Saxlirank cable car.
