Moule, frites & Bubbles

This evening is deliberately simple – and that's exactly why it's special. Moules, Frites & Bubbles stands for enjoyment without detours, for conviviality and for the good feeling of being in the right place at the right time.

We start at 7:00 p.m. with the aperitif. A glass of Brut by Roman Hermann opens the evening. Other champagnes and wines are ready chilled - ready when the desire arises.

At 8:00 p.m. the meal begins. In the middle comes what you want to share: a salad bowl, moules et frites in a generous form, and finally a dessert. Not a menu to study, but one to enjoy.

An evening that does not want to explain, but invites. To sit together, refill, linger. Just as winter evenings should be.
