Join us on a special culinary journey of discovery in the middle of nature, far away from everyday life, in the midst of forest, meadows and fresh air. On the way we collect edible wild herbs, flowers and other plants, with which we enrich our menu and learn new things about local flora.
The focus of this day is the joint preparation of an enjoyable 3-course menu over an open fire. You will learn how to prepare a trout using different cooking methods.
All ingredients used, as far as possible, come from organic farming, their own garden or nature. The result is sustainable, regional and seasonal food full of flavour and with a clear conscience.
