ORIGEN | CINDERELLO

Cinderello is the cheerful new version of Grimm's fairy tale. The plot goes its own way: Cinderella is a young man who is bullied by his conceited, bizarre brothers. The princess is a shy, moody teenager who doesn't know what to do with her time. She sends the pushy marriage candidates into the desert and shows their mothers the house. Cinderello's stepmother is a vain lady who idolizes and belittles her wonderfully weird sons. The piece does not require fairy wonders: instead of the elf, a tireless dancing lady tinkers with the amiability of the moody youths.
