Cécile (Juliette Armanet) has made a name for herself with her victory on the cooking show "Top Chef". Together with her partner Sofiane (Tewfik Jallab), she plans to open her own gourmet restaurant in Paris. But when her father Gérard (François Rollin) suffers a heart attack, her focus shifts. Cécile travels back to her home village to help out in the family business L'Escale, which her parents run. In addition, an unplanned pregnancy turns her life upside down. While Gérard is supposed to recover, he has no thoughts of retiring from the kitchen – so Cécile's support is needed longer than expected. In the midst of rural tranquility, she meets her childhood sweetheart Raphaël (Bastien Bouillon), who has never moved away from the village. Together they spend carefree hours and old feelings flare up again. When Sofiane suddenly appears in the provinces and learns of Raphaël's role in Cécile's life, she is faced with a difficult decision between past and future, heart and mind.
