Schneeschuh Weekend abseits vom Weihnachtsrummel

Just before Christmas, we leave the hustle and bustle behind and immerse ourselves in the wintry mountain world. On Saturday, we travel to St. Peter - Molinis and take the ski bus to the Hochwang ski area. The chairlift takes us up to Triemel, where we strap on our snowshoes and hike across the gentle high plateau towards Fondei. Over the Blackterfürggli, we descend to the Skihaus Casanna, where a delicious dinner awaits us in the evening. Amidst the silence of the mountains, we enjoy a cozy winter evening.The next morning, well-rested, our tour leads us through the Fondei high valley up to the Duranna Pass. The Grünsee will hopefully be long hidden beneath a sparkling blanket of snow. From there, we descend into Prättigau, reach Conters, and take the post bus to Küblis – and soon we’re heading back home, filled with wintry impressions and fresh mountain air. Ready for Christmas!
