Two daughters in an exchange semester in Shanghai and Seoul - parents can't help but visit them. That's exactly what we did! And so Rev. Because: In China, independent travel is almost impossible, because writing and language are not understandable and the mobile phone apps we are familiar with and the Internet do not work for us. And pay? This is almost impossible without a Chinese bank account, unless the daughter has organized access to all this for her parents....
With many pictures I tell of the experience of the Far Eastern everyday world, of the big city of Shanghai, which has three times as many inhabitants as the whole of Switzerland, and of course also of the Forbidden City, the Great Wall of China and of food and transport. Despite all the Far Eastern, don't worry: coffee and dessert don't have to be enjoyed with chopsticks.
