The Association of Swiss AOP-IGP has been established to protect products with

tradition and Swiss origin. The culinary heritage also includes twelve

Cheeses. Seraina Nörr visits cheese creators and brings her cheeses to Flims.

And bien sûr – together with her we taste and explore the flavour of the

cheese brought along.
