If you want to experience Christmas from a new perspective, Ireland and Scotland are recommended. Both countries on the edge of Europe have an idiosyncratic character and this is also reflected in the way Christmas is celebrated. With their "The Essence of Irish & Scottish Christmas", the Irish, Scottish and Canadian women's band has put together not only an entertaining but also an exciting programme. They not only amaze their viewers with unusual Christmas traditions, but also provide their historical background at the same time. At the end of the full-length concert, you leave the hall not only well entertained, but also as a little expert on Christmas in countries with a Celtic background.
