Theater "Mission Million" in Obersaxen-Meierhof

The post office clerk Benno Stierli has an affair with the married housewife Lisa Morf. He meets her secretly during working hours in her apartment. But what he doesn't know is that it is precisely at this time that the post office is being robbed. And not only that: Lisa's husband Jakob comes home earlier than expected. He discovers Benno on the balcony and thinks he is the fugitive mail robber. This is because the thief has apparently hidden nearby and the police are systematically combing the quarter. Since Benno cannot tell the truth to Jakob and, to make matters worse, he also wears the clothes of the mail robber, he becomes the main suspect. And the loot also finds its way into the Morfs' apartment. How does Benno get out of this mess? And who is actually behind the mail robbery?

The successful comedy by legendary author Hans Gmür is a pearl of Swiss folk theatre. Thanks to the new adaptation, the play has gained even more topicality, suspense and wit. And the new ending provides a big surprise. A slapstick and punchline firework in a class of its own.
