We offer a one-hour guided tour through the current exhibition NAMIBIA – Art of a Young GeNerATION, in the Forum Würth.
The tour will be led by Remo Alig.
Afterwards we enjoy a snack in the restaurant of Würth.

Namibia is a young country – it gained its independence in 1990, 35 years ago. Accordingly, the art in this exhibition is young art. We get a surprising insight into themes and expressions of artists who were born at the time of independence and share a social and political affiliation. In addition, works are on display that explore the nature of Namibia as a newly emerging nation, including artists who were already active before independence. The basis of the exhibition at the Forum Würth Chur is a collection of works in the Würth Collection, which were first presented to the public in 2016 at the Museum Würth in Künzelsau in cooperation with the National Art Gallery of Namibia in Windhoek. We can look forward to insights into a country in southern Africa that has made its way out of colonization into an independent state.
