women's choir CHURSÜD «Turning Points»

Actually, all of life is made up of turning points. Sometimes it's big, sometimes just small twists and turns that give life a new direction. The CHURSÜD women's choir took just such a new direction at the beginning of the year with the announcement of its new conductor Christian Klucker. In keeping with this new interpretation, both artistically and vocally, the title of the first joint project under the new direction is "Turning Points".

Inspired by another turning point, that of the time just before the summer solstice of June 21, the singers embark on a global journey through the world of choral literature. African as well as Nordic, American and of course local songs will be performed.

The singers will be supported by the Swiss soprano Martina Ganchuk and the organist Anna Kirillova.
