There are several mineral springs in the Lower Engadine, as the earth's crust forms a kind of window here. Springs were also known in Val Sinestra, but difficult to access. They were not developed until the end of the 19th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, a spa house followed, which was in operation until 1972. In my book, I deal with the history of this development. I would also be happy to show a film from 1955.
