GUIDED TOUR OF THE NEW ANTENNA OF THE VALDORT PRESS
WITH PRACTICAL DEMONSTRATION

The Moesano Museum Foundation is pleased to announce that on Sunday 12 October 2025, from 11.00 a.m., a guided tour of the new antenna of the Valdort press (Verdabbio) will be held with a practical demonstration.
In 2025, the Moesano Museum activated a new museum antenna, the Valdort press, located in the Verdabbio area and the only Piedmontese-type lever press operating in the entire Moesano area.
During the museum's opening day in April 2025, the presentation of the antenna and the 3D digital model of the artifact was held, while on this occasion it will be possible to observe the press live and in operation thanks to a practical demonstration that will be conducted by the owners, the Salvini family.
This will be followed by a rich aperitif offered and the opportunity to take part in a guided walk in the center of Valdort, to discover historical places and artifacts.
The program in detail:
• 11.00 a.m. guided tour with practical demonstration
• about 12.00 a.m. aperitif offered
• approx. 1.00 p.m. optional walk (1 hour max.)

Registration is not necessary and admission is free.
Information:
In case of rain, the guided tour with practical demonstration will be maintained while the aperitif and the walk will be canceled.
The wine press can be reached on foot or by car (Google Maps: bit.ly/41VGr1y or MapGeoAdmin: s.geo.admin.ch/ebzhzdde9ffk ).
Nearby parking spaces are limited (see attached parking map), staff will be present to provide directions.
The press is not accessible to people with motor disabilities.
