The winter magic under the starry sky offers an enjoyable experience for fondue lovers and all those who are looking for an atmospheric evening in the mountains. Guests can expect a carefully compiled fondue selection of cow, goat and sheep's cheese from the Sufers dairy. Each variety tells its own story and invites you to feast and compare. There are also homemade side dishes such as bread, potatoes and dried meat from the Avers.
Cheesemaker Christian Gehrig provides exciting insights, who knows a lot about the production and special features of the fondue. Music from the alphorn creates a warm, soothing atmosphere, and a snow bar provides winter charm. On the terrace, the fondue is fired with wood, which makes the experience special.
