Freeride Festival Flims Laax: Workshop Steep with rope Steep, narrow, wild – just your thing? Then you've come to the right place. In this workshop you will learn how to move safely in technical terrain: rope handling, fixed ropes, abseiling with skis or board, improvised anchors - everything is included. We'll show you how to stay cool even in steep couloirs. Requirements: very good skiing or snowboarding technique off the slopes Duration: 8.30 a.m. – approx. 3 p.m.Goodies: Free festival pass for the Testival area (Sat./Sun., 7–8 March) at the Freeride Base Nagens. This workshop is part of the Freeride Festival Flims Laax – an event that combines deep snow, creativity and alpine adventure in a unique format. Over the first week of March, riders, filmmakers and outdoor enthusiasts will meet to celebrate the diversity of freeride: with contests, workshops, a testival and inspiring encounters on the mountain and in the valley.
