Yoga & Schneeschuhwandern im Val Poschiavo / 3 Tage

Marisa Bargehr is a certified yoga teacher BDY / EYU and brings you one step closer to yourself with a lot of sympathy in yoga practice. Together we discover the unique Graubünden South Valley on snowshoes, experience secluded winter landscapes and recharge our batteries. Behind the time-honored walls of the Vecchio Monastero we find contemplation and come to rest. Karin and Claudio Zanolari are the great hosts at the nearby Hotel Croce Bianca. Here we indulge in culinary delights, and those who wish can treat themselves to peace and relaxation in the new wellness area.

REQUIREMENTS: Endurance for approx. 5 hours of hiking time and a maximum of 900 metres of altitude per day are necessary. Yoga and hikes require good health. Beginners are also welcome. A short introduction to the handling of the avalanche transceiver will be given at the beginning of the tour.

HOW TO GET THERE BY CAR: Free parking is available at the Hotel Croce Bianca.

RETURN: Sunday 25.01.2026 at 15:37 from Poschiavo, Stazione

FOOD / DRINK: During the day we eat from our backpacks. A packed lunch can be ordered on request. We have breakfast and dinner at the Hotel Croce Bianca. The Hotel Croce Bianca is located 350m (about 3 minutes walk) from the Vecchio Monastero.

OVERNIGHT STAY / YOGA ROOM: We spend the night at the Vecchio Monastero in Poschiavo. There are simple single and double rooms with private showers / WC available. The old monastery is 350m (about 3 min walk) from the Hotel Croce Bianca. The yoga room is located next to the Catholic Church, right next to the Vecchio Monastero. Check-in must be done at the Hotel Croce Bianca. On request can be made in upgrade at the Hotel Croce Bianca.

COSTS: Double room: CHF 630.– per person / Single room: CHF 690.- per person

INCLUDED: 2 nights with half board, 3 yoga lessons and 2 guided snowshoe tours, guest card for free public transport (valid from check-in to check-out)

EXCLUSIVE: Drinks, lunch, material, public transport, alpine taxi

SPECIALS: It is worth arriving a little earlier on Friday to relax in the new SPA area of the Hotel Croce Bianca / CHF 18.- per day.

REGISTRATION / PAYMENT: Registration deadline until 27.12.2025 / After payment of the costs by Twint or IBAN, your registration is final.

IMPLEMENTATION: The program will be adapted to the conditions. It is possible to skip individual program items at any time, although no compensation for the costs can be made.
