At our Yoga & Slow Food Retreat – Primavera from 30 April to 3 May 2026, we will combine mindful exercise with culinary discovery and give you a refreshing break in the spring of the Graubünden mountains.
Daily yoga and meditation sessions in the warm pine hall of the historic monastery or outside in the blossoming nature give you lightness and new energy. In small workshops, you will immerse yourself in the world of local wild herbs, learn about their effects and learn what Poschiavo cuisine and Ayurveda have in common.
You will be spoiled with fresh, regional spring cuisine, which combines wild herbs and ingredients from Valposchiavo with traditional recipes.
Stay in the charming monastery in the heart of Poschiavo and have access to a nearby spa area. The daily routine includes morning yoga, a leisurely breakfast, inspiring workshops or hikes in nature, invigorating lunches and evening yoga classes or meditations. We end the day with a fine dinner together.
