In our "Taverne zur alten Trocknerei", enjoyment meets food culture. Whether traditionally handed down or newly interpreted recipes - for our local dishes we use high-quality Swiss ingredients, whenever possible fresh from the farm in the region.

Our speciality menus are served as "tavolata" - which means they are freshly prepared in bowls and pots directly on the table. This not only creates a homely mood and family atmosphere, but also rounds off the rustic flair of the oldest meat dryer in the Albula region. A very special highlight for connoisseurs.
