At Stoffel you can enjoy a carefully composed and lovingly prepared 4-course menu every evening. Our motto is: Enjoy consciously. Ethically justifiable quality of the initial products. Traceability of their origin. Regional. Sustainable. Chef Thomas Krättli works exclusively with fresh, if possible organically produced vegetables from the region. He only sources meat from carefully selected organic farms that treat the animals with respect and keep them in a species-appropriate manner. The wine cellar in Stoffel offers first-class white and red wines from personally selected winemakers from the Bündner Machtel. There are also classics and specialties from Ticino, Italy, France, Portugal and Spain, many of which are organic.

Specialities: Game and local products from the region are our specialities. We also sell portions of venison, salsiz, home-smoked sausages and our Alaskan smoked wild salmon.
