Boner & Rasi Winery and Distillery
Around 10 years ago, Luzi Boner and his partner Anna Rasi took over his parents' winery and the over 100-year-old distillery in Malans. In the latter, he produces his own brandies as well as a whisky in the fourth generation.
- Philosophy: We work with great sensitivity to achieve the best quality. Nevertheless, our products are down-to-earth.
- Recommendation: Single Malt – simply because it is good and looks good.

Destillaria Daguot
Instead of retiring, Robert Cathomas and Beni Simeon opened their own distillery seven years ago. The two men are united not only by a 40-year friendship, but also by a great passion for good brandies.
- Philosophy: We only work with fruit from the region. Because only the best is good enough for Daguot, and for us, quality always comes before quantity.
- Recommendation: Our gin. The juniper note is of remarkable intensity and is finely supported by fruity aromas. In addition, it has a very rich finish.
- Favourite place in Graubünden: Ilanz and Trun.

Antica Distilleria Beretta

- Philosophy: A pure taste of Graubünden. All our products are produced in a purely natural way, without any additives or aids.
- Recommendation: Val Müstair hayflower liqueur.

Lipp Winery & Distillery
One couple, two passions: She, Carina Lipp-Kunz, is the winemaker; he, Reto Lipp, is the distiller. What connects them is a passion for traditional craftsmanship and a joy for experimentation. In their distillery, for example, they also produce a cowslip liqueur and a fennel spirit.
- Philosophy: We are interested in local fruits and berries. We see our product diversity as a reflection of our wonderful, fertile, and sun-drenched region.
- Recommendation: HENRI – Grand Marc. It is a reinterpretation of grappa and a homage to the outstanding wine region of Bündner Herrschaft.
- Favourite place in Graubünden: On every mountain peak. Preferably on foot or with touring skis.

Orma 3303
In autumn 2020, Rinaldo Willy and Pascal Mittner opened a whisky distillery in the mountain station of the Corvatsch cable cars. At 3303 metres above sea level, it is the highest in the world. This is more than a marketing gimmick: the altitude influences the distillation process of the spirit and changes its aroma.
- Philosophy: The soul knows no time, yet time gives the soul precious moments. These moments become unique when they are shared with special people.
- Recommendation: In October 2020, the first single malt was distilled at 3303 metres above sea level. This distillate was bottled directly. Virginal, it has never seen a cask. The Americans call this single malt «Moonshine», the Scots «New Make»; Orma calls theirs «Nouv Cour», Romansh for «new heart».
- Favourite place in Graubünden: Corvatsch at 3303 metres above sea level.

Kindschi
Kindschi is the largest distillery in Graubünden and is managed in its fifth generation by Rico Kindschi. In addition to their well-known and popular Röteli, a cherry liqueur from Graubünden, they produce other liqueurs, special brandies, and spirits.
- Philosophy: We produce high-quality products from natural ingredients.
- Recommendation: Our saffron gin, based on a recipe handed down from our grandfather from 1948. It is a noble and aromatic distillate made from over nine selected herbs, roots, and spices, enriched with king's saffron and double distilled.

Destillaria Candinas
Organic farmers Anna and Gion Candinas are the sixth generation to run the distillery in the mountain village of Surrein near Sumvitg. As a contract distillery, they process fruit into brandy for their customers; for their own products, they distill the scents and aromas of local fruits and plants into the finest brandies.
- Philosophy: We mainly use regional raw materials for our distillates. This is how we want to prevent the fruit from being left on the ground to rot. That is why we have also set up a cider press in our new building. It is for customers who do not want to have brandy distilled.
- Recommendation: Our speciality is the gentian schnapps. The roots are collected at over 2000 metres above sea level, mashed according to an old recipe, and distilled in a facility that is over 100 years old.
- Favourite place in Graubünden: Surrein.
