The 2.5-room apartment in the old village centre of Scuol Sot is located in a typical Engadine house in which a small shop and a bookbindery were located from 1861. In 2013/2014 the house was renovated in a modern way but still taking into account the typical characteristics. The result is an apartment to fall in love with.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-storey house just a few steps from the old wooden bridge below the church in Scuol Sot directly on the cobblestone village street.
