The 4.5-room apartment is located in a detached house in the Lucerne lower village, near the church. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the converted Gadens. Covered gazebo with dining table, lounge and deck chairs is exclusively available to guests. Child-friendly garden and covered garden seating can be shared. The apartment is heated by means of central heating (oil heating).  Older, but lovingly maintained accommodation to rest, ideal location also for excursions in different directions (Davos, Engadine, Bündner Herrschaft). In winter, various ski resorts, winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are available after a short drive. In summer you will find an outdoor swimming pool with a large forest playground in Pany. With the Panyer Guest Card you benefit from various discounts (including free admission to the swimming pool, 50% discount on day and week tickets from the Pany ski lift, free use of the PostBus line Schiers - St. Antönien and Küblis - St. Antönien). Shops: Küblis (5 minutes by car), Pany (8 minutes by car). Postbus stop right next to the house. Parking also next to the house.
