Description

A beautiful winter hike in the mountains. The first altitude meters are done directly with the Pedra Grossa chairlift. From there it goes pretty much on the same altitude until Alp Stätz. Via Sartons it then goes back to the village of Lenzerheide. Along the way, enjoy the beautiful panorama, various places to stop, and a view of the frozen Heidsee.

Directions

The start of route 203 - Alp Stätz, is at the Tourist Office Lenzerheide. We follow the main street, then turn left toward Eisfeld. At Eisfeld in Lenzerheide, turn right and walk past the church. Through the squirrel forest we go until the lake, turn left and walk until the Fadail parking lot. After the ascent next to the Kinderland Auarara, we arrive at the valley station Pedra Grossa. Take the 4-person chairlift up to Alp Nova, then turn right to Spoina. Upon arriving in Spoina, follow the snowy winter hiking trail until the next junction, which leads left up to the valley station Cumascheals. Follow the winter hiking path further to the Berghotel Sartons. From there, take a shortcut that leads to the lake. Then along the lake towards Lenzerheide. Through the Eichhörnliweg, return to the starting point.
