Description

From Pardiel, the legendary beggar's path leads past rare mountain flowers over the Zanuz ravine to Alp Tristeli. With a view of the impressive Calanda massif, we continue to Alp Lasa. There the ascent begins along the beautiful sunny slope to Lake Wangsersee at 2,227 m above sea level. M and to the Pizol hut. With a bit of luck, chamois can be seen again and again along the entire beggar's path. You also have a sensational view of the Zanai Valley with the Zanai horns in the background. Once you arrive at the Pizolhütte, hike back to the Laufböden station and from there take the chairlift back to Pardiel and Bad Ragaz.

Geheimtipp

The beggar's path can be ideally combined with the 2-lakes hike. You hike via Viltersersee back to Pardiel.

Daytime hiking backpack (approx. 20 litres) with rain cover, sturdy and comfortable footwear, weather-adapted and durable clothing in the multi-layer principle, if necessary telescopic poles, sun and rain protection, provisions and drinking water, first aid kit, pocket knife, mobile phone, possibly headlamp, map material

Public Transport

By train to Bad Ragaz, then by Postbus to the bus stop Bad Ragaz, Pizolbahn directly at the valley station Bad Ragaz. From there take the gondola to Pardiel.
