Chapfensee Circular Route

The walk starts in Vermol. The leisurely route initially leads through an idyllic forest gently downhill to Chapfensee. The reservoir, which is hardly perceived as such, lies embedded in the original landscape. There are many fire pits at the lake inlet that invite you to enjoy a sausage from the grill. The easy hike continues around the lake and past a protected moor. On the way back, the path leads again over a nicely laid forest trail and soon reaches Vermol.
