Cross-country ski trail: Flims - Conn - Prau la Selva Sports Center (return)

Snow-covered, quiet mountain forests, a truly Nordic feeling, and breathtaking views await you on this ski trail. Over almost 16 kilometers and 170 meters of elevation gain, some fitness is required, but the ascents and descents are elongated and safe.

The Nordic feeling, the peace, and wonderful nature experiences have fascinated me and don’t let me go.

You can start either at the cross-country skiing center on the edge of Flims or the Prau La Selva sports center. Both points are accessible by public transport and there are also enough parking spaces available. From there, your path leads to the excursion restaurant Conn, where you can stop for a break and warm up. A short detour on foot to the "il Spir" viewing platform is also recommended here. From the futuristic platform, you get a fascinating view of the Rhine Valley.
