Description
The route leads from the charming village of Valens over the Bergstrasse with a slight ascent towards the Valenser mountains. Surrounded by the Taminatal mountain world, the view of Valens is particularly beautiful here. Going downstream through forest and meadows on the high path. Hikers enjoy an impressive view of Pfäfers, the entire opposite valley side, and the striking Falknis rising into the sky.
Hidden Gem
After the hike, you can relax in the thermal pool of the Valens clinic.
Safety Note
Some sections of the path are on the main road, so special caution is required.
Equipment
Normal hiking equipment. Depending on the weather, good footwear (hiking boots) is recommended; otherwise, light trekking shoes are sufficient for the route.
