Glattwang-Runde in den Fideriser Heubergen

Fun, snow and lots of sun: The Fideriser Heuberge are still considered an insider tip! The small ski area is not only known for its idyllic mountains but also for the longest toboggan run in Switzerland and a small but fine ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes! For all non-skiers, in addition to the sun terraces of both mountain houses, there are of course the beautifully landscaped winter hiking trails. From the Berghaus Arflina the path leads on the left side of the valley, towards Glattwang, out of the valley where you have a wonderful view of the St. Antöniertal! At the height of the Glattwang summit, with 2376 m above sea level.M by the way a wonderful panoramic mountain, you cross the toboggan run and change over to the other side of the valley. The previously "destroyed" altitude meters are made up for on the return route with a leisurely incline.

The road to the Heuberge is closed to private traffic in winter, in contrast to summer. The shuttle buses of the Heuberge take you from the sawmill, where you can park your car, up into the Heuberge to the mountain houses "Heuberg" and "Arflina".
