Laaxer Stöckli / Top of Laax (304)

The cable car takes you from Flims up to the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Sardona. From the Nagens Sura mountain station, follow the signs 304 and begin the ascent to the Bündner Vorab. The path leads past karst ponds and mountain meadows to the Vorab Glacier station; here you can plug in your e-bike one last time at the charging station before the final ascent (note this is often only snow-free in high summer). The path offers a unique view over the mountain world of Graubünden and down to Elm. Just before the La Siala station, there is the opportunity to take the last meters to the summit on foot via the mountain hiking trail. From there, you have the best view of the Segnesböden and the Vorab Glacier.

The descent leads back via the ascent route to Nagens. At Alp Stalla, you can refuel with local specialties after the strenuous adventure. The descent to Laax follows the road, where oncoming traffic is to be expected.

Warning: This route is not signposted and only available online!

The route is suitable for beginners and optimal for e-bikes, safe riding on wide gravel paths is a prerequisite.

Pack a picnic or stop at the Stalla restaurant on the descent.
