Description

The elevation profile shows a continuous up and down. Additionally, we have integrated two uphill trails and challenging descents. This makes this insider tip route to the often-visited reservoir not only exciting but also sweat-inducing and somewhat demanding.

From Brigels, you ride up to the golf course and soon encounter the first trails through the forest towards Flanz. Be sure to take the detour to Flanz (Adlerstein). This terrace with its surprising view is impressive. Shortly afterwards, at Ruina Grotta (Kropfenstein), we have planned the next detour. It is reachable on foot in two minutes. The castle ruin is practically hanging under a rock overhang. One after another it goes on. This time with an uphill trail towards Andiast. If you don't like this, simply take the main road. After Andiast, you ride on the road through the charming mountain village Andiast and further to Lag da Pigniu. A short uphill trail is also integrated here again. From Sogn Giusep this could be bypassed on the forest road. Although it is not very exciting from a biking perspective, you "must" definitely ride to the end of the lake. The high rock walls with the impressive waterfall are the most impressive here. Please note that the single trail around the lake has a bike prohibition.

On the other side of the dam, however, we compensate you with a short and steep trail. Now you may already pedal uphill again towards Con Ault, to then rush downhill on a rarely used trail to Gneida. From Gneida (historic sawmill) another insider tip trail awaits you through the Val Mulin almost to the ground of Migliè. And now? Coast back to Brigels.
