Description

A popular jogging route through the middle of the Flims forest and around Lake Cauma. In the middle of nature and still not far from the village.

Hidden Gem

The route is especially beautiful early in the morning in complete tranquility, when the water is still mirror-smooth and steam often rises from the lake.

Safety Note

On nice days and especially on weekends, expect many pedestrians and bathers during the day.

Equipment

Usual running gear is sufficient.

Directions

Walk from the Flims Waldhaus playground to the eastern area of Lake Cauma - from there to the southern shore of Lake Cauma - continue to Lag Prau Tuleritg and further to the Prau la Selva sports center - past Camping Flims and back to the Lake Cauma parking lot - Flims Waldhaus playground.
