Details
Description
This route takes you through the impressive pine and larch forest at Lantsch/Lenz. In spring, thanks to the low altitude and plenty of sunshine, the route can already be ridden from May. In autumn, the forest beautifully turns golden, making this short route a unique experience. On the way back, between Surava and Brienz, towers the mighty Belfort castle ruin. It is worth setting your bike aside briefly to take in the view of the valley from the ruins.
On the trail section from the campsite to Tiefencastel, you will need to pedal briefly from time to time. The return route is never steep and thanks to fluid trails at Lantsch / Lenz, you already get an uphill flow experience. This characteristic makes this route an ideal e-bike round with a high singletrail share.
