Description
We first start our tour with a breezy ride on the chairlift to Milez, where we find ourselves in the middle of the lively ski operation. The terraces of the mountain restaurants Milez and the alpine hut Las Palas seduce us to a stop with coffee and cake. Afterwards we start our hike on a wide, groomed hiking trail. We leave the pretty mountain pastures behind us and immerse ourselves in the silence of the winter landscape, first just out and later gently sloping down to Tschamut. On the way we find a bench from time to time - we take our time.
From Tschamut we hike on the pass road back to Dieni. But there is almost no traffic, because the Oberalp Pass is closed to car traffic in winter.
Geheimtipp
If you don't want to hike the whole round, take the train in Chamut for the return trip to Dieni.
Sicherheitshinweis
The hiking trail to Tschamut is NOT secured for tobogganists.
The road from Tschamut to Dieni is mostly snow-free.
Directions
From MIlez we follow the marked winter hiking trail to Tschamut in a westerly direction. Continue on the pass road to Dieni.
