Description
The high-altitude trail leads right into the touring area of the Spitzmeilen Arena. Even the most demanding cross-country skier will be deeply impressed by the panorama in this rather remote area. The trail, located at 1800 m, is considered of medium to high difficulty.
The trail is also used by winter hikers.

Equipment can be rented at Intersport Tannenboden or Intersport Network Tannenboden.
Directions
Public Transport
One option is to take the gondola from Tannenboden to Maschgenkamm and then continue with the chairlift to Panüöl.
Arrival by train to Unterterzen and up with the Unterterzen - Tannenboden cable car
Daily from Zurich with the S25 to Ziegelbrücke, changing to the S4 to Unterterzen; from St. Gallen directly with the S4 to Unterterzen; from Zurich and Chur with the RE to Walenstadt, changing to bus 444 to Unterterzen.
From Unterterzen, the 8-person gondola takes you directly to the Flumserberg valley station Tannenboden. Then take the gondola to the panoramic restaurant Maschgenkamm.
Arrival by train to Flums and Postbus to Flumserberg Tannenboden
Daily to Flums or Sargans, then bus 441 towards Flumserberg to the Tannenboden cable car stop. Then take the gondola to the panoramic restaurant Maschgenkamm.
Travel Information
Take the Flums/Flumserberg motorway exit and follow the main road towards Flumserberg Tannenboden. Then take the gondola to Maschgenkamm. Or follow the main road to Flumserberg, Tannenheim, and from there take the gondola to Prodalp. From Prodalp, a cross-country skiing trail leads to the start point Panüöl.
Parking
Public parking is available at Tannenheim and Tannenboden.
The parking lots are paid from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. From 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, you can park your car free of charge.
From 2:00 AM to 7:00 AM, there is a night parking ban. There are plenty of night parking spaces in the Tannenboden parking garage or in Tannenheim.
The night parking lot can be used for a fee, but camping is prohibited.
