Description
The winter hike begins in Ramosch Plaz. The winter trail leads up to Motta. From here you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine valley and the highlight of the hike is also reached. Here the descent begins. If a sled is included, the long ride down can be enjoyed. Soon you will see the small snow-covered Engadine village of Seraplana.
(The Seraplana bus stop is not in the village, but towards the Inn River, up to the main road Scuol-Martina.)
Safety Note
The path is groomed after every snowfall. Please observe the condition reports in the winter sports report. The route was rated under favorable weather conditions; the current snow and weather conditions must be checked before starting.

Equipment
High and sturdy hiking boots or winter boots, warm clothing, sun protection, hiking poles as needed, and a sled.

By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or from the Upper Engadine) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp.
By PostAuto from Scuol and Martina hourly to Ramosch, Plaz
Travel Information
From the north: via Landquart – Klosters with car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadine on H27, to Ramosch
From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards Reschen Pass, to Martina on the H27 to Ramosch
From the south: via Reschen Pass to Martina, then towards St. Moritz on the H27 to Ramosch
Ramosch is located directly on the cantonal road H27 (approx. 30 min. from Vereina south portal in Sagliains).
