Details

Description

Alternatively, you can skip the first altitude metres and start in the small village of Vnà. Without major ascent, the path leads to the small hamlet of Zuort and further on to Griosch. At Griosch, the path branches off; you follow the path in a north-easterly direction, along the Aua Chöglias. At the end of the Val Chöglias, the path turns sharply left and ascends to the Fimber Pass summit. Afterwards, it gently descends to the Heidelberg Hut in Val Fenga. The Heidelberg Hut is also staffed in winter. Along the Fimbabach, you descend into the valley to Ischgl. From Ischgl, there is a connection in summer and winter through the ski area to Swiss Samnaun, from where there is a PostAuto connection back to Scuol.
