Solarweg Tenna

On the circular route you get to know the whole village and enjoy beautiful views of the Safien Valley. You will discover the solar ski lift, the numerous systems on the roofs and much more. No matter where you start, the round takes about 1 hour.

From Tenna Mitti, at the village shop, start in the direction of Innerberg (i.e. into the valley), after about 150m turn left and follow the alpine road steadily uphill. You can constantly see solar systems on one or the other roof. Before the fourth bend at the water reservoir, the hiking trail branches off along a typical Walser bridge fence. It now goes downhill quickly until you reach a melioration road again. Follow this out of the valley towards Ausserberg. Soon you will see the solar panels of the Tenna solar ski lift, lined up like a pearl necklace. Also in the Ausserberg you will discover different solar systems on roofs and on the facades. Along the road we go back to the starting point Tenna Mitti.
