Description
On the Tenna Solar Trail you will discover the solar ski lift, the numerous installations on the roofs and with the Digital Solar Quiz you will learn interesting facts about solar energy. You can also enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Safiental valley.

Directions
From Tenna Mitte, at the village shop, you start in the direction of Ausserberg (i.e. out of the valley). You pass the picturesque church and follow the road to the solar ski lift. This was opened in 2011 as the world's first solar ski lift. Now the road climbs and soon makes a bend to the left. Follow this road upwards until you soon reach the highest point. From here it goes downhill until a hiking trail branches off to the right at the next bend. Follow this uphill along a typical Walser footbridge fence. The hiking trail reaches the alpine road, on which you walk back down towards Tenna. At the next fork in the road, turn left back to the starting point at Tenna Mitte.

Public Transport
By train to Versam-Safien. From there by post bus to Tenna, Post (you usually have to change at the Tenna junction).
Parking
Few parking spaces at the entrance to Tenna along the road and at the church. Further parking spaces approx. 150 m after the church in the direction of Ausserberg.
