Description

The start is at the BergJet cable car valley station. Here you cross the Kinderland and the ski slope. (Attention skiers) Take the wide footpath that leads under the FLOOMZER. At the first fork in the path in the forest, turn right and cross the ski slope again before the second fork. After approx. 500 m, take the path on the left towards Chrüz. When you reach the mountain restaurant, cross the ski slope again. Behind the valley station of the Stelli chairlift, there is a short, steep ascent through the sparse forest before the path leads gently downhill to Prodalp with a magnificent view. From there, you cross the ski and toboggan run before hiking through a section of forest. You then reach the Madlis plateau, which is shared by cross-country skiers, winter hikers and mushers with their huskies. You then hike towards the children's ski lift before returning to the starting point.

Daily to Flums or Sargans, continue by bus 441 in the direction of Flumserberg to the Tannenboden cable car stop.

Parking

Public parking spaces available at Tannenboden.

The parking lots are chargeable from 07.00 to 17.00. From 17.00 to 02.00 we are allowed to leave the car free of charge.

After 02.00 to 07.00 there is a night parking ban. There are plenty of parking spaces at night in the Tannenboden parking garage or in the Tannenheim.

The night parking lot can be used for a fee, but camping is prohibited.
