Details
Description
From the village square, the dam path follows the course of the Valserrhein without much difference in altitude. Afterwards, the route of the local Vitaparcours crosses the forests and clearings of the idyllic Gäud region, with the view of the roaring Tomülbach as the highlight. After a short stretch on the road further out of the valley you reach the chapel of St. Nikolaus, where the valley floor is left. Steadily ascending, the dirt road now runs up to the hamlet of Soladüra and continues uphill through a short forest section to Zorts in the direction of Leis. After 1km, the hamlet of Leis is the last stop before the attractive hiking trail leads back over steep slopes to the farthest part of the village of Valé. Out of the valley via the dam path you reach the village square again.
