Description
The path leads you through the village up towards Brättliplatz "Brachboden." From there, the incline of the path is slight and you reach comfortably through the Dürrwald forest to the Bad junction. There, you leave the natural road and descend via a steep hiking trail down to the former Jenaz Bath. The barbecue area and the surrounding benches invite you to rest and linger. In wet weather or if you are looking for a shady spot, a shelter is available, which also houses wood for the fire pit.
The “collected” healing water bubbles up into a fountain next to the grill. It is a very peaceful spot; apart from the rushing of the Furna stream below and occasional bird songs, there is not much to hear.
The return path takes you back along the same route to the “Brachboden,” where you can turn left, and a hiking trail leads you down to Pragmartin and onwards to the RhB station Furna Station.
