Vorab Trail (247)

While at higher altitudes there is at best already snow, the trails in the valley are still free of snow. Our interactive snow depth map helps you to plan your tour. Here you can see at a glance at www.flims.com/schneesituation where you can already expect snow on the paths and trails and where you can still be on the road without getting cold feet.
Very demanding day tour on natural paths up to the edge of the Vorab Glacier. Especially suitable for trained bikers or also excellent as an e-bike tour.

Description
The rocks and crevasses of the Vorab glacier have been polished by ice and water, an impressive work of natural art - and at the same time a playground for mountain bikes. The single trail descent leads through alpine terrain via Camona Vorab. The marked path winds through the alpine rocky landscape and across alpine meadows to Alp Sogn Martin. Here follows a short climb to Mughels, where the route joins the Nagens trail.
At first still easy, it becomes technically more demanding in the middle section with rougher root passages. At the end, the focus is once again on the flower experience.
Note:
During the high season, a shuttle bus with bike transport (limited capacity) is available to Nagens. The first 1000 meters of altitude are done!
