Enjoy breathtaking views of the snow-covered Surselva on this winter hike. Of course, the route can also be completed uphill.
Details
Description
Take the chairlift at the Brigels valley station (Brigels-Dorf) to get to the starting point Crest Falla. If you already feel like a hot drink or lunch, you can hike from here to the higher mountain restaurant Burleun in a few minutes. Once on the groomed alpine road, the actual downhill tour in the direction of Brigels begins. Breathtaking views are guaranteed. The path always leads downhill towards the village, so the direction of running is predetermined. The hike ends at the valley station in Brigels.
If you like it more sporty, you are welcome to take the route uphill under your feet.
Hidden Gem
We recommend a visit to the Burleun mountain restaurant at the beginning of the hike. (10 minutes from the start)
Or a visit to the Famusa restaurant at the end of the hike.
Safety Note
In uncertain weather conditions, the tour should be avoided. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent. If a bad weather front or similar comes up during the hike, you should turn back in time. We also advise against the hike in dense fog.
Please note that most of the route is accompanied by the toboggan run. Don't let yourself be upset and keep strongly to the left or right of the path in such situations.
Equipment
Catering with a hot drink, high and sturdy hiking boots or winter boots, warm clothing, sun protection, hiking poles are an advantage.
