Description
The starting point of this tour is on the St. Margrethenberg. From here, the path initially leads slightly uphill through a picturesque winter landscape lined with snow-covered trees. The path is groomed and has a difference in altitude of 120 meters. Shortly before the Fürggli car park, the site opens up and offers a view of the surrounding mountains of the Tamina Valley and as far as the Bündner Herrschaft or Prättigau. Once you arrive at the Fürggli, you can decide whether you want to hike back the same way or extend the tour.
Hidden Gem
Halfway along the route, you can stop at the Buura Beizli and indulge in regional delicacies. A hot tea or a warming mulled wine is just the thing to end the day after the hike.
