Description

The Runca Trail is undisputedly the best flow trail in Switzerland. The easy to medium trail offers a lot of variety for experienced riders, but also for beginners who are gaining their first trail experience. The Runca Trail leads from Startgels to Flims and combines pump track with natural trail elements. Start at the Flims valley station, from there take the FlemXpress to Startgels, follow the 694 marking along the gravel path to the Runca Trail. Enthusiastic bike beginners with first trail experiences roll over easy obstacles - while experienced freeriders chase with speed over more challenging jumps. The many rollers, approach sections and jumps make the Runca Flowtrail a first-class experience for all mountain bikers. The riding surface provides a "flowy" trail with good grip even in wet conditions.

The tour is suitable for beginners and advanced riders and can also be easily ridden with e-bikes. Safe riding on easy flowing trails is a prerequisite.

It has refreshments. There are single or daily passes for the mountain railways.
