Chammseeli

The Chammseeli has to be earned. They are nestled on a plateau that is best reached from Flumserberg. Around these mountain lake jewels are many other small nameless mountain lakes, which glitter in the landscape like small gemstones when viewed from above. Due to their remoteness, you often find yourself all alone at the Chammseeli and have the breathtaking view all to yourself.

Tip: The high-altitude hike from the Maschgenkamm via Hoch Camatsch, Erdisgulmen and Chammseeli followed by an overnight stay in the Murgseehütte is popular. On the second day, the descent through the enchanting Murg Valley to Murg am Walensee follows. If you want to do the tour in one day, you need some stamina and resilient feet.
