Feuerstelle Fundogn Andeer

The fireplace can be reached from two directions. Either you go from Pignia Bad over a tarred path downstream on the right bank to the car bridge. There you cross the Hinterrhein on the pedestrian bridge and then follow the sign "Feuerstelle". Or you can follow the path from Zillis upstream. Again, the fireplace is signposted. Both paths are about the same length, the variant via Pignia Bad is probably a bit shorter and it can be directly on the way (next to the bus stop "Pignia, Abzw. Clugin".  Despite the proximity to the highway, the fireplace is laid in the countryside and the Rhine is almost able to drown out the street noise. On the shore it has a small sandbank. Please note the signs to the spring tides. The river is not suitable for swimming.

Zillis: Below the church of St. Martin there is a public car park
Pignia Bad: Next to the bus stop "Pignia, Abzw. Clugin" there is a large space to park the vehicle.
