Gebiet Ringelspitzkette

At 3247 m above sea level, the Ringelspitz is the highest mountain in the Sardona Tectonic Arena. This is also where the area of the Glarus main thrust reaches its highest point at around 3100 m above sea level. the Glarus main thrust can be traced in the west on the Glaserhorn-Tristelhorn chain and in the Sardona group and in the north in the Pizol area, as well as in the south in the area of the Anterior Rhine, which gives a good overview of their spatial course.
