Verrucano on the Alpichopf

The greenish Verrucano rocks here consist of countless rock fragments, this rock is called "Breccia". They are not part of the flysch rocks in the area, but come from higher up and were transported from the Piz Sardona to here by the "Chline Gletscher" (small glacier).
